Transported materials can be pivoted through 90° with these units. When handling sheet metal, it is not always possible to transport the sheets horizontally. For instance, to feed a vertical saw or remove upright panels standing in a warehouse, it is necessary to have a swivelling range of 90°. With vacuum lifters from AERO-LIFT swivelling is an easy and comfortable task even for a single worker when it comes to large and/ or heavy loads.
Swiveling the transport good by 90°
The load can be picked up standing or lying down
For low transport weights up to 150 kg, manual swiveling is possible with a swiveling lever or by its own weight
For heavier weights up to 1,000 kg, a lifting cylinder can be used
To unlock the swivel function, either a detent pin to be unlocked by hand or a solenoid to be activated via pushbutton can be used
