Fastening chains of quality class 12 ICE

Due to the high strength of the patented ICE material, it was possible to reduce the nominal diameter in comparison with chains of quality class 8. This means that when securing the load with tripwires, ICE fastening chains of any nominal size replace chains of quality class 8 by one nominal size larger. As a result, the weight of the fastening chains is reduced by up to 45%. The technical advantages of the well-proven VIP fastening chains have not only been preserved, but also improved. The functionality and weight of the tensioning devices, connecting and shortening elements have been significantly improved. Special attention should be paid to ICE-CURT tensioners with a ratchet mechanism, as well as ICE-CURT-K with a swing handle. Both products have many advantages. The strength characteristics of the products significantly exceed the requirements of the EN 12195-3 standard, while the chain tensioner with a swing handle is specially optimized for securing the load with stretch marks. Chain tensioners with the possibility of theft protection (patented) by means of a padlock (type ABUS 85/40HB or for size 6mm ABUS 85/30). They are equipped with a RUD-ID-Point® chip, are easy to clean and lubricate, have an original and practical protection against unwinding, are convenient to work even with gloves and, thanks to the innovative forged construction, are especially light and durable. For the user, the use of ICE fastening chains means savings in the weight of products, improved ergonomics, fast fastening and high safety.
